Refunds and Returns

We reserve the right to refuse services or sales to anyone for any reason. With respect to our other policies (to include Privacy and Contact), please read the following:

  • In the case of a lost shipment, the shipping company will be held responsible per the shipping agreement.
  • If a shipment is damaged, please contact us here and we will make every reasonable effort to correct the situation. Contacting us first before leaving negative reviews should be the primary recourse. We want our customers to have a great experience.
  • Non-working DVDs/CDs/downloads will be replaced with the same item only; the item in question must be returned to JaSunni Productions, LLC before a replacement will be issued. Contact us here to make arrangements for replacement, and we'll be glad to help you.

PLEASE NOTE: Pre-orders cannot be refunded. Downloads are non-refundable. Artwork is not refundable. All sales are final. No warranty is expressed or implied.

ALSO NOTE THAT WE REQUIRE NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, AND E-MAIL ADDRESS ON ALL ORDERS (including Guest accounts) to comply with PayPal Verified Seller guarantee guidelines, and for keeping customers updated on order statuses, which can change unexpectedly. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping Details
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Some shippers REQUIRE a working phone number.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based in addition to the dimensions of the product. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


 Scheduling and Release Dates

Please note that with respect to any product, there are times when on-hand levels run low, shipping is delayed, or the release schedule slips due to weather conditions, delays in production, changes in the final product, or other factors beyond our control. We will make updates on the store website (on the individual product pages) and in our newsletters as the updated schedule estimates become available, and will do our best to adhere to the schedule information as closely as possible.
